SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME 

 

All orders are typically processed within one (1) business day. Shipments do not occur on weekends or official holidays. Due to COVID-19, processing times may expect delays. We will do the best we can to get your order out as soon as possible.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All shipments will be sent via USPS flat rate. Price will fluctuate based on the quantity of your order and the shipping box being used to send your ingredients. Shipping to P.O. Boxes will not be allowed.

SHIPMENT TRACKING AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation to your email, in addition to your account on our website. Once your package is sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number through the USPS.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Nintai Tea is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. All orders will include a California sales tax of 7.25%.

DAMAGES

Nintai Tea is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods
